All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Incorrect Addresses

Aurea Diaries is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
